Our Designpaks are the answer. They can put everything you need into a house, including floor coverings, furniture, curtains and blinds, luxury designer bedding, kettle – right down to the corkscrew. Just choose one of our four contemporary themes, or customise them to fit your requirements. A full staging pack is also available including pictures, accessories and dummy TV.

The Showhome Experience process….
Step 1
Consultation & Brief
We begin with a one-on-one consultation to understand your goals, development brand, target buyers, and timescales. Whether you’re after a stylish showhome or a fully dressed turnkey property, we’ll tailor our solutions to suit your needs.
Step 2
Design & Theme Selection
Choose from one of our professionally curated Designpaks, or collaborate with our designers to customise a unique interior style. Each package includes floor coverings, furnishings, curtains, blinds, accessories, and more.
Step 3
Full Project Management
Our experienced team manages all logistics, deliveries, and installation with precision and care. We coordinate all trades to ensure every element; flooring, furniture, textiles and finishing touches, is installed efficiently and to the highest standard.
Step 4
Final Styling & Handover
We add the finishing touches – from artwork and lighting to kettle and corkscrew – and carry out a full quality check to ensure everything looks perfect. Then we hand over a fully staged, buyer-ready showhome that turns heads and closes sales.
